You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).

• Payments must be made on or before the due date.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. All data you upload remains yours, and we do not share it with third parties except as required by law. You are responsible for backing up your information.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access. However, occasional downtime for maintenance or upgrades may occur. We are not liable for damages resulting from such interruptions.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be given for partially used periods. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

ERPGo SaaS and its operators will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
